Marant Jeans

'Bout time I show you my Isabel Marant pour H&M jeans! Was so upset when they had sold out in store but a week later I found this pair lying around in my size...it had to be fate!

Jumping for joy in my new pantaloons!

MK Coat

It's official...I'm on holiday woohoo. 4 and a half weeks! Seems so long compared to my brother's 2 weeks Easter hols... Anyway, after rummaging in our attic and finding this gorgeous coat, I just couldn't wait to take pictures in it. Shame I've only just found it now seeing as the weather is slightly brightening up! Isn't this coat just so beautiful? The colour is amazing and goes well with my bizarre light green eyes. The fur is so soft and I haven't stopped wearing it all day. The icing on the cake is that it is a Mickael Kors coat which leaves me wondering why on earth was it hiding in the attic...But I have my hands on it now!

Monsieur Paul Smith

A couple of weeks back, a few classmates and I went to the Design Museum to see Paul Smith's exhibition "Hello my name is Paul Smith". It was extremely interesting getting to know more about Paul and his creative vision. Upon entering the exhibition you are literally stepping into his world; a world of creation and imagination. I suggest you all pop down and see this...

Somerset Bound

I am back in the West Country after having completed 3 weeks of work experience at ASOS. I was in the buying offices in the denim department and had such a fantastic time and they said I could come back whenever I wanted! 3 weeks flew by and the experience has made me want to be a buyer even more!!! Anyway, here are a few photos of me in one of my favourite Zara dresses. I love how the blouse merges into the pleated mini skirt creating a relaxed yet smart look! I'm off on a walk now to make most of this sunny spring day. Have a lovely Sunday...

Burrowing myself in food at Borough Market.

The perfect way to enjoy an afternoon is to head down to Borough Market. It was my first time experiencing this place and what a gem it is. The sun was shinning, my taste buds were exploding and the blossom trees were beautifully flowered. With my mouth watering at every stall I decided to devour myself in a Chinese duck wrap (yum!) while Megan chose the super vegan quinoa burger which looked super tasty.

But of course, we couldn't miss of the chance of having dessert. Rows of stalls lined up selling cakes, pastries and chocolate but it was the huge slice of pecan and toffee cheesecake that caught my eye. It was d.e.l.i.cious. So if you're ever stuck for lunch, head down here!!

'I don't like cities but I love NY'

My best friend, Megan, who I am living with, has been interning at the Metropolitan Opera NY for the past 5 weeks. She regularly keeps me updated with her whereabouts such as attending NYFW, going to the Opera and where she is dinning (lucky ey?).  And all this made me think about our time, 2 years ago, when Megan and I went to New York for 2 weeks. What a fabulous time we had.
For the first couple of days, we stayed in the Hamptons where there was a pool and Jacuzzi; perfect for getting over the jetlag. We then hit the city, which blew my mind and shopped, dined and visited plenty of museums. We managed to go and see the McQueen exhibition, Savage Beauty, where we queued for 6 hours(!!!!)…but boy was it worth it! We walked a lot and saw all the monuments and we even got to see Sister Act on Broadway (love musicals!!) I am totally reminiscing about my time there. Here are a few photos…
ps. Popping into Shake Shack ofc!

Nous sommes les soeurs jumelles...

Je suis tres desolée d'avoir été MIA ces jour ci but I have recently arrived back from a fabulous long weekend in Paris! It has been 6 months since my last visit and oh mon dieu the city still manages to blow me away. I arrived Thursday evening and took le metro straight away to visit my Mexican best friend and upon arrival she served me homemade nachos...gracias amiga ;) Friday was spent visiting museums and paying a quick visit to my old host family. It was great seeing the children and my old home...surreal! Croissants were on the breakfast menu Saturday and the rest of the day Adria and I ventured to Galerie Lafayette and did un peu de shopping! Sunday, we went to see the YSL movie paying tribute to one of the greatest artists of the century, a definitively must see! We then went back home and scoffed our faces with nutella crepes as it was La Chandeleur in France (pancake day)...Miam. After an amazing weekend, I reluctantly took an early train back to London and arrived on time for my 11am lesson. Why cant I commute back and forth to Paris every weekend? Who knows...maybe I will.

Adria and I in front of Sacre Coeur...My fav place.

Croissant galore, La Tour Eiffel and my old metro stop

Adria and her nachos, Crepes, YSL movie

Au revoir Paris...Tu me manques déja!
